Digital products (courses, project kits, subscriptions) are delivered by account provisioning or download after payment. Service engagements (QuickStarts, deployments, sprints, cohorts) begin on the scheduled start date confirmed after checkout and are governed by the engagement summary delivered with your receipt.
Subscriptions: cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Cohort programs: full refund up to 7 days before the cohort start; 50% thereafter until day 1; no refund after the cohort begins. Fixed-price services: refundable until work begins; once underway, fees are earned as milestones are delivered. Individual courses: 14-day refund if less than 25% of the content has been accessed.
Course materials are licensed for your individual use and may not be resold or redistributed. Deliverables from paid service engagements belong to the customer on full payment; XRAYCLOUD.AI retains its pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how.
Training outcomes depend on your effort; we do not guarantee employment or income. Automation deliverables are provided with documented human-oversight controls; you are responsible for operating them within your own compliance requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Grayson County, Texas.
